Remember- this is just my opinion.

1. Newton South- can anyone deny that?

2. St. John's Shrewsbury- Don't let struggles at MCIs fool you...

3. St. John's Prep- solid at MCIs, clinched Catholic Conference

4. Amherst Pelham- They've been there all along... can't let Mansfield by just yet.

5. Mansfield- What can I say?  They just keep rising.  We doubted early on...

6. Brookline- Can you ever doubt Brookline?

7. Whitman Hanson- Two words: Very dangerous

8. Lowell- Talk about a team that came out of nowhere...

9. Newton North- Just imagine it was just Newton (no South/North)

10. Xaverian- Only six point win against so-so BC High team

Outside the top ten: Nasoba (arguably top 10... just need to see one more thing out of them), Lincoln Sudbury will be someone to watch..., Methuen came from nowhere to be seen at the beginning of the season to almost in the top 10, Dennis Yarmouth is a solid team that could be in the top ten with a big performance.

On the D2 Front: See last week... nothing at all has changed since then.

On the girls side: I repeat myself from last week- Lincoln Sudbury, Newton South, Haverhill... nuff said, Billerica a team to watch after starting much lower than their current fifth position in MSTCA polling, I still like Beverly, Hamilton Wenham can and will not be dethroned on D2 Girls side... they are a major threat at all states.
